You Know What I Love?

"You know what I really love?  When we find hidden treasures."

Look for hidden treasures!  My husband took my son for a walk in the neighborhood to see what they could find - they always come back with something!  This time they found two garter snakes, which they decided needed to live with us for a little while.  We got out a terrarium, filled it with some dirt and leaves, added a dish of water, and introduced the snakes to their new home.  We also did a little research to try to find out what kind of snakes they were, and what they needed to eat.  My son loved watching them over the next few days!

Visit an exciting new place!  My husband took my son on an adventure and they visited the bowling alley.  Since my son is only two, they didn't play a game, but he loved checking out the equipment and watching the machines do their thing!
