Knuffle Bunny

"Trixie helped her daddy put the laundry into the machine.
She even got to put the money into the machine."

Get some help doing the laundry!  If you can't go to an actual laundromat, why not pretend?  I found a small box, cut a slot in it, covered it with tin foil, and taped it to the dryer.  My son had a great time putting money in it over and over again!  This would be a great time to do some activities with money, also.  Depending on age, you could name or sort the coins, count the money, exchange bills for coins, etc.

tip::  this may be a good chance to try to wash those
stuffed animals that Littles never like letting go of...

"Trixie's daddy looked for Knuffle Bunny.  And looked... and looked... and looked...
But Knuffle Bunny was nowhere to be found.

Make your own Knuffle Bunny (or use another toy bunny or stuffed animal you already have around the house) and play hide and seek with it!  My son enjoyed playing this for DAYS - we would randomly hide Knuffle Bunny around the house and ask, "Where's Knuffle Bunny?"  Of course, since he's only two, Knuffle Bunny was usually just sitting somewhere funny in the living room, but he always got a good giggle out of looking around for him.

this was kind of like UglyDoll meets Build-a-Bear
