Make a monster mask like the one in the book and pretend to be Olivia chasing Ian around! After we made the monster mask, my son asked to make a pig mask, too - so of course we did!

But there is one painting Olivia just doesn't get.

Do some painting - Jackson Pollock style! I spread out a tarp, gave my son a few color choices, demonstrated briefly how to drip the paint, and let nature take its course...
